Goodbye to The Girl In The Bowler Hat

… and hello to!

It’s been a long time coming, but after a lot of deliberation, I thought it was about time to ditch The Girl In The Bowler Hat and relaunch my blog under my own name, so here we are. After 3 (almost 4) years of being known as the girl who wears a hat 24/7, I started to feel a bit stuck content-wise and with a blog name I was starting to feel embarrassed to share with people (because a) I’m 24 years old and b) I don’t wear bowler hats anymore!), decided to bite the bullet and just go for my name.

With a new name, called for a new header, so I thought why not throw myself into the deep end and change the lot whilst I had the chance. I’ve finally made the leap over to WordPress, and with a lot of help from Pipdig (couldn’t recommend enough) who are layout pros, and the ever so lovely Phillppa who designed my header – I’m finally good to go (albeit with a few little tweaks I’ll be making over the next few weeks)! I think this is the longest time I’ve gone without posting (all will be explained in an update post soon) but I feel ready to get back into the game and I’m really excited with the content I’ve got planned for this place – a little break has done me good and I’m the most motivated blog-wise than I have been in a long time.

And seeing as you all mean the absolute world to me, I’d love to hear what you think. What posts would you like to see on here?____________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Love the new design and good thinking going with your name, although I can’t help but have a soft spot for the girl in the bowler hat!
