Gift Guide: For the Beauty Lovers

For those of us who may or may not have left their Christmas shopping until the last minute (i.e. me), I thought I’d post two final gift guides today; this one based on beauty products and another going live later filled with all of the little extras! ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Cohorted Ovali Collection – When it comes to beauty gifts, I think a great idea (and one that’s on my own Christmas wishlist) is a new set of makeup brushes! They’re one of those things we use everyday but they feel like such a chore to fork out on – so they make the perfect gift! This year it’s been all about the new style of brushes and these copper coloured set from Cohorted are amazing, I can assure you they are the softest brushes known to man!

The Balm Nudetude Eyeshadow Palette – Now who doesn’t love some new pretty eyeshadows to play with? A brand that’s always a good shout is The Balm, who have a wide range of different palettes and products all with the most adorable retro themes. This palette in particular is perfect for those who prefer a neutral eye with shades that can easily take you from day to night.

Bee Good Award Winners Gift Set* – Christmas is a great way of trying out new brands and products, and this mini gift set is perfect just for that. Featuring a mini 2-in-1 creamy cleanser and lip balm, these are ideal for those of us with super sensitive skin!

Pixi Beauty Endless Silky Eye Pen Set* & Fairydust Favourites* – Again, another brand that is a great go-to is Pixi. This year was very lucky to be introduced to their Christmas gifts (which gave me a chance to trial them out before writing this) and these two have to be some of my favourites. I’m sure they’ll absolutely love these gift sets – depending whether you’re an eyeliner gal or one for loose powders, with shades from your bog standard black, to cranberry, cream and the most wonderful rose gold hue (that is perfect for this time of year)!

skinChemists Advanced Caviar Facial Serum* & Advanced Caviar Moisturiser* – For me, skincare is a one of my favourite gifts to receive at this time of year. A brand I recently discovered is skinChemists and in particular, their Advanced Caviar range. Probably not one for younger skin (it makes the perfect gift for mother’s however!), these products specifically target the skin, helping it say hydrated and smooth.

Iconic London Strobing Stick* – And finally, if you’re looking for that little beauty extra – than another brand that I couldn’t recommend enough is Iconic London. Highlighting have really stepped up their game this year, and Iconic London have a makeup range geared around anyone wanting to give strobing and contouring a go. One of their favourite products of mine is this strobing stick, which, applied over the top of my cheekbones added a lovely glow.
